Nothing special - 7,fn,1 anos - but some friends and I are having lunch at Ole Pizza in Praca San Francisco, Loule at 13.30 next Monday and it would be great if you wanted to join us in these difficult times. Places inside are limited due to Covid restrictions and all protocols are respected by this restaurant. As on my last birthday, we wiil have soup and/or various tapas to start plus a choice of a fish course, meat or veggie for main, plus sweet. Not all my friends are on Facebook so if you see anyone who might wish to participate in a group party before the New Year restrictions come in please tell them. I would love to see you, but no presents please, it's just a get together. Whatever, I hope you all have the best Christmas you can have under these circumstances. The course was not in the best condition, with the greens having recently had work done on them and wild boars digging up several patches around the course. Having said that, we did enjoy the course which, after a relatively gentle start, has several tight holes in a row in the middle before opening out again to finish We walked with trolleys but as it was quite warm and there are a few long walks from green to the next tee, wished we had taken a buggy. Staff and services were all pretty good.
