Hello Lee - yes if you have a portuguese federation hcp or you can present your home hcp valid .

Yes Lee, if you have a hcp valid from port or uk federation , we can up date your hcp for this comp.

On 31 July a group of 14 wandered their way to the Amendoeira Faldo Golf Course to test their mettle against one of the toughest courses in the Algarve. As if the course needed any help defending itself, mother nature decided to add to the already well established difficulty factor by brewing up some flag bending winds. As a person that loves the challenge and the competition against a tough course, I accept that I was defeated on this day, but I will revel in small victories that keeps my eye on the calendar to seek revenge next Saturday when Chez Carlos returns to Faldo. The headshaking and muttering when asking my fellow participants afterwards answered any questions everyone needs to know about how our golf day went in general. In a group of 14 playing in a stableford points tournament only one player managed to score the 32 points and not get bumped up the .1 on their handicap. Congrats to Fraser Graham (32), Peter Collins (31) and Lars Tibell (29) who finished top three on the day. Also congrats to Paul Hassall for nearest the pin on #16 with the elevated tee. Quite a shot to get it close in that wind with the elevation factor. Wednesday 4 Aug Chez Carlos members and guests are invited to Salgados to play in their *Patos* tournament. Great deal for golf and their staff puts on an awesome lunch for the competitors afterwards. Registration is on the Chez Carlos website for our members.

I played with two members Steve from London and Roger from the US. Really nice guys who tried to guide me around the best they could. I struggled on the front 9, it was hard. But played much better on the back 9. Considering the traffic the Faldo course gets it was in great nick. Would strongly recommend it and ignore the bad comments on tripadvisor nonsense.
