Palmares is a great course. Beautiful views, nice set up in natural landscape. Everything in very good condition except for the greens on the course! The practice greens are excellent (bent grass, newly built). But, currently, those on the course (mix grass, grainy) are not smooth and do not allow true roll (ball chatter, snake, bobble, abrupt stop). No possibility to clean balls on the course. Ball washers on tee boxes out of service or dry. No ball washer on buggy. Getting buggies was a bit chaotic. Waited a long time = could not practice before play.
