I played in the Sardines Tournament at Salgados. Great day of golf, good people and they put on a meal that was very well done afterwards. Great value.
An interesting course with lots of water. Often found a 3 or 5 wood were safer for a number of holes, particularly some of the early ones. Fairways are Bermuda type grass on a very sandy soil, necessitating a very clean ball strike, Totally flat so easily walkable, though deal with buggy was good value. Not my favourite course in the area, but certainly worth another visit. Windy conditions would be a real challenge.
