A beautiful day, but only 4 of us. We played 4 ball better ball match play. Alan and Jan beat Steve and Doug 2 and 1. Salgados course was in fantastic condition and I think the greens were probably the best we played all year. What a fantastic days golf. Steve and Doug paid for the drinks after.
Salgados is in very good condition. Flat, easy to walk, fun to play if you steer clear of the water. The course is well looked after: tidy, surroundings trimmed, clean water in the ball washers, etc… Quite busy on Saturday afternoon, but the staff managed the flow, and pace of play was OK. No driving range (only nets to hit full shots), but good chipping and putting areas. Good club house, parking, etc… Value for money with Tee Times Golf Agency.
